How quickly do you respond?

We respond to emails and messages in the order they are received, and we strive to reply as quickly as possible.

Typically, we respond within 24-72 hours after receiving your message or email.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been placed?

When an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours, so it is not always possible to process address change requests.

If you discover an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so that we can try to correct your package before it is shipped.

There is no guarantee that we can do so, especially once it has left our warehouse, but we will do our best!

How long is the processing period?

The processing time for the orders is between 3-8 business days from the day you placed the order.

Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is particularly busy, processing time can extend up to 8 business days from the day you placed the order.

If your order has been in processing for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@dianity.com and we will assist you.

How long is the processing and delivery time?

Our warehouse processes and ships all orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

After you have placed the order, your package should be shipped within 2-8 business days from the day your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number shortly thereafter.

E-packet is our primary shipping carrier for US customers.

Depending on your location, packages are delivered within 5-35 days from the date of shipment.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

You will receive your shipment within 5-20 days after the order is dispatched.

All orders are shipped within 1 or 2 days after processing.

I received a damaged item, what should I do now?

We apologize that your shipment did not arrive in perfect condition!

Please contact us with your name, proof of the damage, and order number for further assistance.

Can I track my order?

When we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send you tracking information for the order via email.
